THE WESTERN STATES TRIPARTITE ALLIANCE
is a regional partnership of the Boilermakers union, signatory contractors and participating owners engaged in building and maintaining power and refinery projects across the region. Our area includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and the Islands of the Pacific. We conduct an annual conference to build relationships, resolve issues and advance industry performance.

We are affiliated with the national MOST Alliance, which develops and administers 16 programs for industry excellence in areas such as safety, leadership, training and drug testing. See www.mostprograms.com  .
